Summer Symposium August 20-24th!

Y’all! It’s happening!!! Join us for the first-ever Summer Symposium, presented by Bathers Library! The Summer Symposium is a five day series of talks, panels, readings, performances, screenings, workshops and experiences inviting creative people to share their work and gather in community. There will be evening programs August 20th-22nd, and all-day programming Saturday and Sunday 23rd-24th at Bathers Library, Mighty Mighty Studio, and other venues nearby. 

We’re working on finalizing the schedule now, and are really excited to share all that with y’all next week (there are so many rad things happening!). In the meantime we’re opening up some early bird tickets (15% off) until 8/6 when the schedule comes out.

This project does not have any outside funding, so ticket sales and donations are super important to help make this work. All proceeds from sales will go to paying speakers/participants. All symposium sessions will be NOTAFLOF (not including hands-on workshops), so your support is key not only to putting this together but also will go to make sure others who might not be able to afford to come can participate. 

We have a limited number of Early Bird passes available for $30 (when they’re gone they’re gone).

LEVELS

Symposium Pass $50
This pass will get you into five days of talks, panels, screenings and readings. This does not include individual workshop tickets (which are on a workshop-by-workshop basis). 

Supporter Pass $75
Gets you into all the symposium sessions and you get a limited edition tote bag. It is going to be so cute!

Super Supporter $250
Gets you into all the symposium sessions, a cute limited edition tote bag, and 2 workshop passes. 

Sponsor $500
Gets you two tickets (and four workshop passes) with all the Super Supporter perks, plus a thank you in our print and online materials. 

Patron $1000
You get all the Sponsor perks, a second extra-special gift, and an even bigger shout out!
