Summer Symposium is almost here!

Get your passes and RSVP for our opening and closing events

Hello all! This year’s Summer Symposium is almost here! We are really excited to feature dozens of readings, talks, panels, screenings, performances and gatherings at the library and a bunch of rad local venues starting August 26th (at Untitled Vol.2 in Oakland), and wrapping up August 30th (at Good Hot in Richmond). You can check out the complete schedule here!

If you haven’t gotten your passes yet, there’s still time. Passes get you into all of the regular symposium programming, including opening and closing night events (though they do require an RSVP) and one (or more—depending on the level) workshops. You can also sign up for workshops individually, here. Passes are a great way to support the symposium and all of the artists, writers, performers, musicians and other creative folks that will be presenting their work.

If you’re not able to make it to the entire symposium and just wanna come to one day, you can buy a day pass at the door, or when you RSVP for one of the events.

That’s all for now! We’re still locking down some details for some of the events, so I’ll probably send one more message early next week with the final info. Looking forward to seeing you all at the Symposium!
